  3. Provide worldwide exposure by marketing your property on the Internet.
  4. Promotion! Provide a clearly defined Marketing Plan for exposing your property to targeted prospective Buyers, to include promotion in a wide variety of media.
  5. Expose your property to appropriate incoming transferees referred to this office through our affiliation with International Relocation Services and other referral networks.
  6. Preparation! Conduct a detailed tour of your property, and make recommendations for repairs and improvements that will enhance the marketability of your property.
  7. Explain the various financing alternatives commonly used in your area, and assist you in determining those which best enhance the salability of your property.
  8. Communication! Provide regular progress reports throughout the marketing period including feedback comments from showing agents and prospective buyers.
  9. Endeavor to verify the financial qualifications of prospective buyers who view your property.
  10. Buying Assistance! If you are staying in the area, provide you with comprehensive Buyer’s Agency services.
  11. If you are moving out of the area, provide a Referral Form, offering you the services of a professional Buyer’s Agent at your new destination to assist with your home search.
  12. Representation! Submit to you all written offers as presented; assist with negotiations; and provide an estimate of your net sales proceeds prior to acceptance.
  13. Control! Upon acceptance of an offer by you, monitor pre-settlement activities throughout the closing process as permitted by law or local practice.

This Listing Service Commitment applies to an exclusive right to sell agreement of not less than ____ days.
